1. Overview

ETH Canvas manufactures hand‑crafted, made‑to‑order artists’ canvases and provides digital educational resources. All products are created with care and according to the specifications selected by the client. These Terms ensure clarity, transparency, and fair use of our services.

2. Custom Canvas Orders

All canvases are produced individually according to the size, materials, and specifications chosen at checkout.

  • Production begins shortly after payment.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • All sales are final and non‑refundable.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all measurements and details are correct before placing an order.

3. Digital Products

Digital products (including ebooks and downloadable guides) are delivered instantly upon purchase.

  • All digital sales are final.

  • Downloads cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Access to digital files is for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party payment gateways. ETH Canvas does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Custom canvases are shipped using reputable couriers.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and production workload.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

  • Shipping delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our control.

6. Quality Guarantee

We stand by the craftsmanship of our canvases.

If you believe your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, repair or replace the item at our discretion.

7. Damage in Transit

If your canvas arrives damaged during shipping, notify us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product descriptions, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of ETH Canvas. Images of artists' works provided with their permission

  • Digital products are licensed for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to interfere with its functionality

  • copy or reproduce content without permission

We reserve the right to update or modify the site at any time.
