Cancellation Policy

At ETH Canvas, all canvases are hand‑crafted to order according to each client’s selected size, materials, and specifications. Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are limited.

Custom Canvas Orders

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been received, it enters our production queue. For this reason:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• If you need to request a cancellation, it must be done within 2 hours of placing your order.

• After this period, materials may already have been cut or allocated, and the order cannot be reversed.

Digital Products (Ebooks & Downloads)

All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

• Digital downloads cannot be cancelled or reversed once the file has been accessed or delivered.

• Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are final.

Order Accuracy

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, specifications, and order details are correct at the time of purchase. ETH Canvas cannot cancel or amend orders due to incorrect information provided by the client once production has begun.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe your order was placed in error or you experience a technical issue during checkout, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and advise whether a cancellation is possible.
