This Digital Downloads Policy explains how digital products purchased from ETH Canvas are delivered, accessed, and used. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Instant Delivery

All digital products — including ebooks, guides, and downloadable resources — are delivered instantly after payment.

• A download link is provided on the confirmation page and/or via email.

• Access is granted immediately and cannot be reversed once the file has been delivered.

2. No Refunds or Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products:

• All digital sales are final.

• Downloads cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the file has been accessed or delivered.

• This applies even if the file has not yet been opened.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. File Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download:

• Contact us at [your email address]

• Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

We will assist you in restoring access or re‑sending the file where applicable.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

All digital products are protected by copyright.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Your purchase includes a personal‑use license only

• Files may not be shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded, or reproduced

• Files may not be used for teaching, workshops, or commercial purposes without written permission

Any unauthorised distribution violates copyright law and the ETH Canvas Terms of Service.

5. Download Limits

To protect digital content from unauthorised sharing:

• Download links may include access limits or expiry periods

• If your link expires, you may request a new one (subject to verification)

6. Updates to Digital Products

From time to time, ETH Canvas may update or revise digital products.

• Updates are not guaranteed

• Access to updated versions may be offered at our discretion
