Shipping Policy

ETH Canvas manufactures hand‑crafted, made‑to‑order artists’ canvases. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are produced, packed, and delivered, and what clients can expect throughout the process.

1. Production Time

All canvases are custom‑made according to the size and materials selected at checkout.

  • Standard production time is 10-14 working days, depending on workload and complexity, and may vary.

  • Larger or specialised orders may require additional time.

  • Production begins shortly after payment is received.

Digital products (ebooks and downloads) are delivered instantly and do not require shipping.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide using reputable courier services.

  • Delivery times vary by region.

  • Once dispatched, clients will receive tracking details (where available).

  • Couriers deliver during standard business hours.

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors are outside our control.

3. Shipping Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

  • ETH Canvas is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, re‑delivery fees may apply.

4. Packaging

Each canvas is wrapped and protected to minimise the risk of damage during transit. We take care to ensure all items leave our studio in perfect condition.

5. Damage in Transit

If your canvas arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide:

  • clear photos of the packaging

  • clear photos of the damage

  • your order number

We will assess the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution where applicable.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • We will contact the courier on your behalf

  • We will provide updates as soon as they are available

Please note that courier investigations may take several working days.

7. International Shipping

At this time, ETH Canvas ships physical canvases within South Africa only. Digital products are available worldwide.
