Refund Policy

At ETH Canvas, every canvas is hand‑crafted to order. Each piece is made specifically to the client’s chosen size, materials, and specifications. Because our products are bespoke and custom‑made, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

No Refunds on Custom Orders

All canvases are produced individually and cannot be resold or repurposed. For this reason, all sales are final.

Order Accuracy

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, specifications, and order details are correct at the time of purchase. Production begins shortly after payment, and changes cannot be guaranteed once work has started.

Quality Guarantee

While refunds are not offered, we stand by the craftsmanship of our canvases. If you believe there is a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photographs. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Shipping Damage

If your canvas arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.
