ETH Canvas — Bespoke Order Payment Policy

1. Custom & Bespoke Orders (100% Upfront)

All custom-size, bespoke, and made‑to‑order canvases require full payment upfront before production begins.

Each canvas is built specifically for the client, using dedicated materials and reserved studio time. Because these works cannot be resold or repurposed, upfront payment ensures production can proceed without delay.

Payment required: 100% upfront Payment triggers: Materials allocation + production scheduling

2. Priority Booking Window Orders

During Priority Booking Windows, all orders — standard or custom — are payable in full upfront to secure production slots.

This ensures:

• Guaranteed studio time

• Faster turnaround

• Access to launch or promotional pricing

• Material reservation without delays

Payment required: 100% upfront for all orders during booking windows

3. Production Commencement

Production begins only once payment reflects. This protects both the studio and the client from scheduling conflicts, material shortages, or delays.
 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because bespoke canvases are made specifically for the client and cannot be resold, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Payment Methods

ETH Canvas accepts:

• EFT

• Yoco

• PayPal (international orders)

Invoices are issued for all orders.
 

7. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are confirmed once payment is received. Priority slots are allocated strictly in order of payment.
