All digital products sold by ETH Canvas — including ebooks, guides, checklists, and downloadable resources — are protected by copyright. By purchasing or accessing a digital product, you agree to the licensing terms outlined below.

1. Personal‑Use License

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products include a personal‑use license only.

This means you may:

download the file for your own use
store it on your personal devices
print a copy for your own reference

No additional rights are granted.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

share, forward, or distribute the file to others
upload the file to any website, platform, or shared drive
resell, sublicense, or include the file in any commercial product
print copies for groups, classes, or workshops
use the content for teaching, training, or educational programs without written permission
alter, extract, or repurpose the content for derivative works

Any unauthorised distribution or reproduction violates copyright law and the ETH Canvas Terms of Service.

3. Classroom, Studio, or Commercial Use

If you wish to use ETH Canvas digital products for:

4. Ownership

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership. All intellectual property rights remain with ETH Canvas.

5. Updates & Revisions

ETH Canvas may update or revise digital products from time to time. Access to updated versions is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

6. Enforcement

ETH Canvas actively protects its intellectual property. Unauthorised sharing, uploading, or redistribution may result in:

revoked access
legal action
fees for unauthorised distribution
